Adv. Asaf Grunbaum is a partner in KRB's Regulation and Competition practice and is particularly recognised for his sophisticated work across a broad range of regulatory and administrative law matters. He advises clients on complex issues in communications and broadcasting, energy, privacy and public regulation, and is especially valued for combining strategic legal analysis with a deep understanding of governmental and legislative processes.
A defining strength of Asaf's practice is his rare experience in legislative and policy-making processes. Prior to joining KRB, he served as Legislative Counsel to the Minister of Justice and as coordinator of the Ministerial Committee for Legislation, giving him exceptional insight into the formulation and advancement of legislation and government policy. He is particularly appreciated for helping clients navigate matters that require close engagement with ministries, regulators and public authorities.
In parallel, Asaf regularly represents clients in administrative proceedings and petitions before the Supreme Court and the Administrative Affairs Court, and is especially noted for his strategic and effective handling of matters at the intersection of regulation, public law and litigation. He also coordinates the forum of private electricity suppliers on legal and regulatory issues, further strengthening his profile in complex, highly regulated markets.
