Adv. With more than a decade of experience, she is recognised for her sophisticated, commercially focused advice to venture capital funds, international investors and technology companies active in the Israeli market, and is particularly valued for her ability to navigate complex cross-border transactions involving Israeli technology businesses.

Dafna regularly represents clients in M&A transactions and strategic equity investments, advising on deal structuring, negotiation and execution in both domestic and international matters. She is particularly appreciated for combining strong transactional judgement with a practical understanding of the commercial dynamics that drive investment and acquisition activity in the technology sector.

A key focus of Dafna's practice is advising foreign venture lenders on venture lending transactions. She supports lenders throughout the entire transaction process - from term sheet through negotiation and closing - and is especially valued for her pragmatic, efficient and business-oriented approach in sophisticated financing matters.
