Arye Liany is recognized as an expert and one of the leading lawyers in Israel in infrastructure projects, with special expertise in representing leading entities in cross-border infrastructure transactions in Africa and Latin America. Adv. Liany developed his expertise in infrastructure projects during nearly thirty years of practice as General Counsel, V.P Legal and Executive/Management Board member in leading international corporations, and a lawyer representing clients who are active in the water, agriculture, waste, energy, and transportation industries. Adv. Liany has developed a unique expertise in FIDIC suit of contracts, and Contracts for works financed by the European Development Fund or the EU, which are broadly used worldwide by Governates and Governmental authorities for construction projects. Adv.
