Noam Ben-Ami is a partner in KRB's Regulation and Competition practice and is recognised for his sophisticated work at the intersection of competition law and financial regulation. He advises financial institutions, fintech companies and corporates on complex regulatory and antitrust matters, with particular expertise in merger control, restrictive arrangements and the evolving legal frameworks governing the financial services sector.
Noam is particularly valued for his ability to navigate highly regulated environments and to provide strategic, business-oriented advice on matters involving regulatory complexity, commercial sensitivity and enforcement risk. He regularly advises major Israeli banks, credit card companies and fintech platforms on compliance, licensing, consumer protection requirements and cross-border financial regulation, and is appreciated for combining sharp legal analysis with a strong understanding of the commercial realities facing market participants.
