Malte Strüber specializes in tax-centered transaction and structuring advice, namely M&A transactions, JV structures, group transformations and restructurings. He also advises his clients in disputes re tax or financial issues, inter alia in disputes with the tax authorities. He advises family offices, individuals, corporate groups (including non-profit organizations) and public sector clients.

Malte was admitted to the bar in 2002 and has been a tax consultant since 2008.

He is ranked by Handelsblatt and Best Lawyers® in the 2022/23 Edition of „Germany’s Best Lawyers“ for M&A.

Also he was awarded by Finance Monthly with the „Legal 2022 Award“ in the category Tax Law (Germany).
