Career

Leila Mstoian is a specialist in Employment Law and Insolvency Law.

She began her professional career in 2010, initially focusing on Commercial and Insolvency Law. In 2013, she joined Peeters Law, where she concentrated on Insolvency and Restructuring, Employment Law, and Social Security Law. Following the firm’s merger with Koen de Puydt and his team in 2019, Leila was appointed partner at Andersen in Belgium.

Leila has developed extensive expertise in Employment Law and advises her clients across a wide range of matters, including:

Individual and Collective Labour Law Well-being and Privacy at Work International Employment Global Mobility and Business migration  Restructuring

Within the Commercial and Economic Law unit, she is also responsible for Insolvency Law files. Over the years, she has built significant experience in supporting distressed companies, particularly in matters Involving Bankruptcy and Business Continuity (judicial reorganisation procedure).
