Dirk Clarysse has more than 25 years of experience advising and representing businesses in complex legal matters. His practice focuses on commercial law, corporate law, M&A and dispute resolution, with additional expertise in economic and construction law.

He is recognised for his pragmatic, results-driven approach and his ability to quickly understand clients’ organisations, expectations and objectives. Clients value him as a trusted and proactive advisor who anticipates their needs, communicates with precision and delivers efficient, solution-oriented advice.

Dirk regularly assists clients in high-stakes disputes and complex negotiations, including cross-border matters, where his strategic insight and structured approach contribute to sustainable outcomes.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from KU Leuven (Campus Kortrijk) and a Master’s degree in Law from KU Leuven. Dirk has been a member of the West Flanders Bar Association since 2000 and was admitted to the Brussels Bar Association in 2022.

In 2024 and 2025, Dirk was recognised by Legal 500 in the field of Dispute Resolution, reflecting his strong reputation in the market. He joined Andersen in Belgium as a Partner in January 2026.
