Career
Gabriel is an experienced lawyer specializing in Tax and Corporate Law. Since 2005, he has been a member of the Brussels Bar, where he began his career in a prestigious Brussels Law firm. Over the years, he has established himself as an expert in complex Tax issues, particularly in the field of International Taxation, the Structuring and Tax optimization of Corporate Groups, Real Estate Taxation and the Tax Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Since 2018, Gabriel has been a partner at LawTax, where he uses his expertise to serve Belgian and international clients. Alongside his activities as a lawyer, Gabriel is also active as a teacher and trainer in the Tax field. He is a lecturer at Henallux, where he teaches “Tax Procedure”, and a trainer at ICHEC, where he offers courses on Corporate Structures and Estate Planning.
He is also involved in the scientific community, having published and lectured on various Tax topics, such as the deduction of professional expenses and the impact of the Belgian Constitutional Court on tax law.
Gabriel is committed on a daily basis to guiding his clients through the Complexities of Tax and Corporate Law, with a focus on sustainable, personalized solutions.
In addition to his activities as a Tax Lawyer, Gabriel teaches or lectures on Tax Law at several colleges, including Henallux and ICHEC.
