Marinella Ciaccio began her professional career practicing mainly in litigation matters in civil law.

After working for the Italian desk of a prominent German law firm in the offices of Düsseldorf practicing in non-contentious matters, in 1999 she joined the law firm Lombardi e Associati, first, and Pedersoli Lombardi e Associati, then. From 2006 and 2016 she was salary partner and then equity partner at Lombardi Molinari e Associati (subsequently Lombardi Molinari Segni).

Since January 2017 she has been an equity partner of the Firm.

She is involved in non-contentious matters, practicing mainly in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-out, acquisition finance, joint-ventures, debt restructuring and real estate transactions.
