The work we undertake includes:  

Corporate and commercial: Our corporate and commercial team advises both UK and international household name brands and businesses as well as talented startups on corporate transactions, complex commercial agreements including joint ventures, shareholder and investment agreements, collaboration agreements, agency, franchising, distribution, and data protection. 

Commercial real estate: Our team advise on everything from acquisitions and disposals, business tenancies, development, property finance, and asset management. We are also regularly instructed by UK and international clients to advise on structuring complex property related joint ventures. The commercial real estate team have ranked in the Legal 500 in 2022 and 2023.  

Prime residential real estate: Focusing on prime and super-prime residential sales and purchases, and new build developments, we provide dedicated personal service and first-class legal advice. Our clients are located in the UK and abroad and we are dedicated to swiftly getting things over the line while protecting our clients’ best interests. 

Dispute resolution: Every client who instructs our disputes resolution department receives partner-led attention. If required, we can swiftly put together a cross-departmental team to ensure your dispute is managed in a holistic manner. We advise UK and international clients on all types of disputes including commercial, corporate, commercial and residential landlord and tenant, sport, contentious Wills and probate, sports law, and employment. We are committed to ensuring a resolution is reached as quickly and cost-effectively as possible and will use alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration where appropriate. Our disputes resolution team can also advise on litigation funding. 

Employment: Our specialist employment law solicitors advise employers from a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, luxury brands and technology to name but a few. We specialise in complex director service contracts, HR policies, redundancy and rightsizing, and Employment Tribunal claims. 

Data protection and privacy: As the world becomes increasingly digital, data protection and privacy law are gaining complexity. We can advise you on UK and EU GDPR as well as US privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act 2018. We can also take the resource draining process of managing a potential recruit’s Skilled Worker Visa application, freeing up your HR team to focus on other projects. 

Private client: Acting for HNW individuals and families, our private client team is results focused and will ensure you achieve peace of mind regarding matters relating to succession planning, estate planning, trusts, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Digital assets and blockchain: We have advised clients on various asset classes and the relationships that govern them for decades.
