Associate

Malak is an Associate at Meysan and a member of the corporate team. She has substantial experience advising clients on a broad range of legal matters, including corporate transactions, day-to-day governance, legal due diligence, and regulatory compliance.

Her work spans several key sectors. She has worked in the automotive industry on the establishment and legal structuring of manufacturing operations; in the pharmaceutical sector, where she has handled licensing and compliance issues involving the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA); and in general, corporate matters for both local and international clients.

KEY REPRESENTATIONS:

Al Mansour Automotive on establishing a new automotive manufacturing facility in Egypt. A leading automotive company in the acquisition of an automotive feeder industrial company. Beltone Holding in its acquisition of SODIC for securitization. Beltone Holding in its joint venture with CRIF to launch Egypt’s second credit rating agency.
