Daina is an expert of international mergers and acquisitions, with more than 15 years of experience of the structuring of various transactions and investment projects, creating international holding structures and groups of companies. Major contributions:- One of the first in Lithuania have established the holding company in Holland. - The first in Lithuania having created and implemented the Stichting (NL fund) project in Holland. - One of the first in Lithuania having executed cross border merger, by incorporating Lithuanian company into the Dutch.- Represented the shareholders of Vinted in negotiations with their first investor, the US venture capital firm Accel Partners.
