Senior Associate

Ieva Strunkienė is a Senior Associate at Vilnius office of law firm CEE Attorneys having over ten years’ of practical experience in the legal field both in Lithuania and the United Kingdom. Before joining CEE Attorneys Ieva worked at law firms PRIMUS DERLING, TRINITI. Also, she was a member of the legal team of a major regional credit institution, specializing in credit (lease) contracts, risk management and litigation. She is also a member of the Commission of Consumer Disputes at the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority and national correspondent for the INSOL Europe EIR Case Register for Lithuania, is a consultant at the World Bank.

From the very beginning of Ieva’s law studies she was an active member of various seminars, conferences and summer courses. Ieva has continued to participate in academic analysis of insolvency legislation in Lithuania, having written several articles on the subject for INSOL World, INSOL Europe, who recognized her valuable contribution by awarding her the Richard Turton prize in 2011 for a paper on fraudulent bankruptcy.
