Dalia Augaitė is a Partner and one of Lithuania’s foremost experts in capital markets, unit-linked life insurance, and financial law.

With over 20 years of experience, she advises clients on a broad spectrum of capital markets matters – from bond issuances and listings to securitisation transactions and the structuring of investment and insurance products.

Dalia is widely recognised for her ability to navigate sophisticated financial structures with precision, always aiming to deliver legally sound and commercially effective outcomes. Her contributions extend beyond client work – Dalia has played a key role in shaping regulatory frameworks, including advising the Ministry of Finance on the Securitisation and Covered Bonds Law and co-authoring the 2024 Guideline on Securitisation for financial institutions. Also she has represented the Association of Lithuanian Banks in discussions with the FSA, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of the Interior, and helped implement EU directives into national law.
