Lawyers of Kosta Legal and . Vazgen Grigoryan in particular have been our legal advisors in Uzbekistan for many years. Working with them has always been very satisfactory experience. Lawyers of Kosta Legal are committed to their clients, try to be as responsive and accurate as possible, have good understanding of problems in our industry, are always aware of most recent changes in law and practice, dedicate much time and effort to each raised matter. We have occasionally worked with other law firms, but have not been quite pleased with the quality of their services.’

‘The team has significant experience of advising on energy projects in Uzbekistan, as well as broader public-private-partnerships procured by the government. The law in this area is new and Kosta Legal has a mixture of mandates for sponsors and government that give them useful insight into the thought processes on both sides of transactions. Key individuals are involved in legislative consultations which means they get under the strict letter of the law.’
