- Assisting Électricité de France, Kyuden Corporation, Nebras Power and Sojitz Corporation in preparing for the tender and implementing the project for the financing, designing, construction, and operation of a 1,200–1,600MW combined cycle gas turbine power plant in the Syrdarya region of Uzbekistan.
