Patrik Brage specialises in real estate M&A and commercial real estate law. He primarily advises on transaction‑related real estate matters and has extensive experience assisting investors, developers and property owners throughout the entire lifecycle of real estate assets.

His work includes regular advice to both Swedish and international investors on acquisitions and disposals of single assets and large-scale portfolios, including forward funding structures and joint venture arrangements.

Patrik also has significant experience in negotiating and drafting lease agreements, amendments and other rights‑of‑use arrangements.

In addition to his transactional practice, he frequently advises on capital raising matters, representing clients in connection with share issues, ownership structures and project‑specific capitalisation within transaction and development projects.

Before joining Wigge & Partners, Patrik worked with real estate and tenancy law in both transactional and asset‑management contexts.
