Boudewijn is a highly esteemed partner at and co-founder of Liber Dock, widely recognized for his unparalleled expertise and leadership in employment and pension law. With over 20 years of dedicated practice, Boudewijn has established himself as a pre-eminent figure in the field, particularly renowned for his specialization in corporate reorganizations, work council trajectories, collective bargaining agreements and pension law. His practical approach, combined with a thorough understanding of the legal intricacies, enables him to represent high-profile national and international clients in critical negotiations, achieving equitable and sustainable agreements. He is known for providing pragmatic, forward-looking solutions that go beyond standard approaches.

Boudewijn has been a qualified lawyer for more than 20 years, building his career primarily at a prestigious law firm on the Amsterdam Zuidas and the last decade as partner and co-founder of Liber Dock.

He is also a certified pension lawyer since 2014 and completed a post-graduate course on employment law at the University of Rotterdam. Boudewijn is a member of the Amsterdam Employment Law Specialists Association (VAAA), the EELA and the International Bar Association, the Association for Employment Lawyers in the Netherlands (VAAN) and the association for pension lawyers (Vvpj).

In addition to his practice, Boudewijn was a co-author of the reference book “Employee participation in a broad perspective” and is a permanent contributor of pension law alerts for Tijdschrift Arbeidsrecht in de Praktijk (TAP). He regularly publishes in professional journals. He also organises workshops for professionals in employment and pension law.

Boudewijn is also a supervisory board member of IVN Natuureducatie, a Dutch non-profit organization with 130 professionals, 25,000 members and 170 volunteer departments who focus on nature education and connecting people with nature.
