Erik Steenis is a seasoned employment lawyer whose primary focus is the common ground between employment law and business law. Erik is registered with the Dutch bar for the specializations Employment Law and Civil Procedural Law. Erik gives advice about and litigates on subjects including employee dismissal, director dismissal, transfers of undertaking, employee participation ((European) Works Councils) and integrity issues in the workplace.
