Senior Counsel

Experienced Corporate Employment Lawyer and current Senior Counsel at Liber Dock since March 2015 with a total of 20 years in the legal field. Advising and litigating for mainly employers,  higher management or Works Councils on all employment related aspects, with a variety of sub-specialties including collective redundancies, employee participation (works council processes), transfer of undertakings (TUPE) and employment litigation.

Linda started her career as a lawyer/solicitor in 2006 at a large full-service law firm in Amsterdam within the Corporate Law (Corporate Litigation) practice group, and from 2008 onwards she worked there within the Employment Law practice group in various roles, including Trainee Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate. As of April 2015, she has been working at Liber Dock, a niche employment law firm, in the position of Senior Counsel. From 2015 to 2017, she also chaired a Social Plan advisory committee for a pharmaceutical company. Since 2022, she has been affiliated with Dutch Cloud Community (DCC) as a member of the HR Working Group and knowledge partner. She publishes (case law updates) for a Labour Law Practice Journal (TAP) and delivers workshops and courses for HR professionals.
