Mandy Ruijssenaars is an experienced corporate employment lawyer and current Counsel at Liber Dock. She advises employers, higher management and works councils on all employment related aspects, including (collective) dismissal procedures, redundancies, employee participation (works council processes) and employment conditions. She is known for her in-depth legal expertise combined with a business-partner approach, delivering practical and strategic advice to HR and board members.

Mandy has been a qualified lawyer since 2018. As of April 2017, she has been working at Liber Dock, a niche employment law firm, in the current position of Counsel. She was seconded as Employment Counsel at a large international company (Booking.com), where she combined legal expertise with practical business solutions.  In 2018, she was a member and secretary (designated by the employer) of the Objections Committee of a Redundancy Plan for a reorganization in a large company.
