As the author of the annotated book on International Carriage by Road (CMR), Ulla Fabricius is a top specialist within carriage by road. Ulla Fabricius has great experience in drafting and negotiating complex logistics contracts and transport concepts. In this capacity, Ulla Fabricius participated in the drafting of Incoterms 2010 and UCP 600, and, thus, she has thorough knowledge of risk coverage in international trade. Furthermore, Ulla Fabricius was responsible for the preparation of Danske Havne Betingelser 2007 (the Danish stevedoring conditions), and therefore she is especially qualified for rendering advice within the stevedoring business. Ulla Fabricius is listed in Chambers and Legal 500 as leading individual in Shipping and Transport Law in Denmark. Ulla Fabricius is appointed specialist in the ICC International Commission for Transport, Logistics, Trade, and Customs. Thus, Ulla Fabricius was part of the team drafting INCOTerms 2010 and UCP 600. Lene Ishøj has an in-depth knowledge of the transport sector and has assisted a large number of road hauliers and transport companies with legal disputes and contractual matters. Lene Ishøj is specialized in international trade and transport law. Lene Ishøj is a member of CMI and Young CMI, which is a subsidiary of the National Maritime Law Association for younger lawyers. In addition, Lene Ishøj is also a member of WISTA (Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association) and WIS (Woman in Shipping).
