The Bucharest office was set up in 2014 by George Sioufas, as a secondary office. Since its incorporation the law firm has reached 24 employees and has a network of over 40 external lawyers country wide.

Sioufas& Colaboratorii has extensive experience in managing large portfolios of banking& finance litigation, ensuring court representation to two significant banks in almost 1,000 case files having as object abusive clauses and datium in payment.

Also, the law firm is one of the few on the market able to manage and administer more than 10,000 debt recovery files in different stages in the procedure (eg Payment order requests, small value claims, forced execution case files etc.) working with more than 30 bailiffs countrywide.
