Patrik Lilieblad

Patrik Lilieblad heads the firm’s Corporate & Investments department. He has extensive experience and knowledge of M&A, private equity, general corporate matters and real estate transactions from working with several Swedish and international clients across a wide range of industries. His work with transaction related matters also covers joint ventures, corporate governance, restructurings, venture capital, and investments.
