Diversity: Our law firm is 50% owned by female partners. Among our lawyers, we have senior practitioners aged over 60. Furthermore, our team includes lawyers of diverse nationalities and backgrounds, thereby reflecting a wide range of experience and perspectives.
Equity: Partners and associates are fully informed of the decision-making processes concerning salaries and fringe benefits, as well as the targets and criteria applicable to partnership consideration. We are highly sensitive to all matters relating to potential conflicts of interest. Additionally, we undertake pro bono cases to assist clients who require legal support but cannot afford services from a capable law firm.
