Philippe Joe Fadlalla is a Partner at BLK Partners based in Riyadh.

With over thirty years of experience serving international clients and governments, Philippe specializes in providing legal advice and counsel to both private and public corporations, placing particular emphasis on areas such as commercial and corporate law, as well as litigation and arbitration.

Philippe possesses extensive experience across diverse legal domains spanning contract drafting, negotiation, arbitration, maritime law, intellectual property, tenders, mergers & acquisitions, legal audit and compliance, property management, banking and insurance, company establishment, legal follow-up & management, financial markets, BOT, franchise, factoring (Coface), telecommunications, commercial transactions, and corporate & real estate matters.

Moreover, Philippe’s professional reach extended to consulting, advising, and representing multinational companies in various countries, including Iraq, Libya, Egypt, Sudan, South Sudan, Tunisia, Morocco, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, Djibouti, and Europe, notably Russia and Finland. In this capacity, he successfully managed an international team of lawyers.

Throughout his career, he served as a consultant on numerous significant private and public projects, including a BOT agreement with the Russian government aimed at making the Moskva River’s Waters drinkable.
