Jeffrey (Jeff) Jerome Greene is a Partner at BLK Partners, based in Riyadh. He has more than 25 years of experience leading banking, venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions. Over the course of his career, Jeff has led cross-border transactions involving more than 20 different jurisdictions. He has been a partner at well-regarded global and regional law firms.

Jeff also coaches, advises, and mentors boards of directors and C-suite executives. He is a recognized authority in the area of corporate governance and is the author of Omani Corporate Governance – Everything You Need to Know (2020 Edition), a comprehensive guidebook for public company boards of directors.

For his work in corporate, commercial, and M&A matters, Jeff has been recognized in numerous regional, national, and international publications and league tables as “Highly Regarded,” “Recommended,” and “Commended.”

He has nearly 15 years’ experience practicing in GCC; specifically, Kuwait, Oman, and KSA. Most recently, Jeff headed the corporate group for a well-regarded regional law firm based in Oman.

Jeff is also a prolific speaker and writer. He has presented at more 50 professional seminars, workshops, and conferences. He has also authored, co-authored, and edited more than 20 published articles. He is the managing editor and co-author of The Mergers & Acquisitions Handbook – A Guide to Negotiated Transactions (First Edition).

Jeff is admitted to the Washington State Bar (USA), currently inactive status.

Jeff received his JD from Golden Gate University School of Law, with honors, and was a member of Law Review. He received his B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Nevada.
