I specialise in advising family business owners, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals in respect of succession planning and asset protection. This involves analysing any existing structures and advising on how we can help restructure their affairs to achieve their goals in a tax efficient way. This uses a combination of Wills, trusts and wider estate planning, for example, Family Investment Companies. I’m also experienced in advising trustees in relation to the administration of trusts. This includes advising them on the scope of their powers, discretions and duties, and considering ways in which we could reorganise complex family trusts.
