I am a Wills and Probate Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell in Leeds.

My experience includes:

• Drafting Wills

• Administering Trusts, including long standing family trusts

• Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney for Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare with the Office of the Public Guardian

• Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian

• Assisting clients with the management of their affairs under deputyship orders

• Making applications to the Court of Protection for deputyship orders and other Court of Protection matters

• Dealing with probate matters and the administration of estates, including testate and intestate estates.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2018.
