Victoria advises on a wide range of contentious matters involving arbitration and litigation proceedings, with a particular focus on construction disputes. She has extensive experience acting for developers, main contractors and sub-contractors in litigation and arbitration proceedings in relation to building and engineering projects. Her practice covers various construction issues, including matters relating to defects, delays to completion, variations and payment.

Victoria also has experience in handling commercial disputes involving shareholders, commercial agreements, bankruptcy and company liquidation matters. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
