Kevin’s main areas of practice include capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, funds, regulatory and post-listing compliance.

Kevin focuses on corporate, funds and capital market transactions, including initial public offerings, capital raising, public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as post-listing compliance and general corporate matters.

Kevin also advises tech startups on a wide range of issues, ranging from group reorganisation, initial operation issues, shareholders agreement, employment issues, intellectual property rights, licensing, data privacy, seed round fundraising and employee incentive programs.
