Crystal’s practice involves a broad range of commercial litigation and regulatory matters.

Crystal has extensive experience in handling commercial disputes involving derivative actions, shareholders disputes, boardroom fights, commercial agreements, winding up proceedings, international arbitration, urgent injunction applications etc., as well as various disciplinary actions and investigations by the Securities and Futures Commission, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. Prior to joining the firm, Crystal worked in an international offshore law firm and gained experience of large scale offshore litigations in BVI and Cayman Islands.
