Jonathan assists both the firm’s dispute resolution team and the regulatory & investigation team.

In terms of civil disputes, Jonathan focuses primarily on construction-related matters.  In the realm of criminal defence work, he frequently handles white-collar crimes and departmental summonses concerning industrial safety and environmental issues.

Before joining Ince, Jonathan gained experience in handling construction disputes, commercial disputes, liquidators’ actions, and contentious probate matters.  Additionally, he has experience attending legal visits with various law enforcement agencies and appearing in Magistrates’ Courts on behalf of clients.
