Alex is a member of the Banking and Finance team where he has experience in advising both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of lending transactions, including bilateral loans, property loans and acquisition finance. He also advises general commercial transactions and corporate compliance as well as probate and estate administration.

Prior to entering the legal sector, Alex developed a career in the banking industry with a focus on regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering
