Alex is a member of the Banking and Finance team where he has experience in advising both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of lending transactions, including bilateral loans, property loans and acquisition finance. He also advises general commercial transactions and corporate compliance.

Prior to entering the legal sector, Alex developed a career in the banking industry with a focus on regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering.
