Erica assists the firm’s dispute resolution team, advising and representing our corporate and individual clients in a range of litigation and arbitration matters.

Erica’s practice focuses on commercial and civil disputes, including debt recovery, enforcement, contract and construction-related cases. In the insolvency sphere, Erica has advised Hong Kong and offshore insolvency practitioners, as well as corporate and individual creditors, debtors and aggrieved shareholders on company liquidation and bankruptcy matters.
