Maria Pistevou joined Machas & Partners in 2026 as an Associate of the Civil Law/Litigation practice of the firm. She practices primarily in Civil Law, with a strong focus on Corporate, Commercial, and Labor disputes. She is an accredited mediator, providing alternative dispute resolution services with an emphasis on practical and efficient outcomes.

Her core practice centers on civil litigation, representing clients before the First and Second Instance Civil courts. She handles a broad range of civil law matters, including contractual disputes, tort claims, property-related disputes, as well as commercial conflicts. Her approach is grounded in a strong understanding of civil law principles, combined with a strategic and solution-oriented litigation practice.

In parallel, she advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment, with a view to preventing disputes and ensuring legal certainty in business relationships.
