Projects successful protection of interests of one of Europe’s leading non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises in Europe in a legal dispute related to recovering non-material damage in the amount of UAH 9.2 billion representation of interests of a foreign investor in the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) against Ukraine in the amount of UAH 33.4 billion representation of interests of a distributor and the sole primary aluminum producer in Ukraine in legal proceedings to supplement the VAT Register with data and recover penalties from the State Budget totaling nearly USD 1 million representation of interests of a foreign investor before the Supreme Court in legal proceedings to appeal against the sanctions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. Noteworthy is that the investor was subjected to 16 types of restrictive measures representation of interests of a Swiss company in legal matters related to the recognition and granting permission to enforce the decision of the International Commercial Arbitration Court to recover debt under a supply agreement in the amount of USD 6.5 million
