Paul has over 35 years’ practical experience in advising on a wide range of commercial and business transactions and contracts, many of which have involved an international element. His approach is not unnecessarily confrontational, but always focused on achieving the best possible outcome for the clients he advises, and often within tight deadlines. Paul has a background with a city law firm and is a member of the firm’s management board.
