Younes OUMEZIANE
Younes Oumeziane is an associate in the Asset Management and Corporate practices of Deynecourt, where he advises both regulated and unregulated investment funds with regard to their structuring and formation, their corporate matters, and their distribution. He also has experience in regulatory matters such as AIFMD, MiFID, AML, and blockchain.
Before joining the firm in 2022, Younes gained experience as a trainee and other positions at various law firms in Luxembourg, and several years’ experience at several financial institutions working on legal and compliance matters.
Younes has a good sense of working with clients from various cultural backgrounds. He is fluent in French, English and Moroccan.
Younes is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar and holds an LLM from the University of Strasbourg.
