Lina Taletavičiūtė-Misiūnienė is an Associate Partner at the law firm AVERUS with more than 20 years of legal practice experience. Over the past decade, she has focused on financing and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Lina actively advises clients on company acquisitions, mergers, and investment transactions, conducts legal due diligence of target companies, and represents clients in share purchase and sale processes, as well as complex investment deals. Her experience covers both local and cross-border transactions, working with companies and investors across various industries.

In addition to M&A, Lina has deep expertise in traditional and alternative financing, including crowdfunding structures. She has advised local and international banks, credit unions, and corporate clients on leasing, consumer credit, factoring, and other financing products, with a strong understanding of their legal and regulatory frameworks.

Lina also has a strong interest in data protection, is certified in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) compliance, and is highly valued by clients for her strategic insights into risk management. Clients appreciate her ability to see transactions in a broader business and regulatory context and to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
