Alice advises on a wide range of intellectual property matters, combining strong expertise in both contentious and non-contentious work. She regularly assists clients in trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition matters, including proceedings before IP offices (INPI, WIPO) and litigation before civil and commercial courts.

Alice has experience advising both French and international clients, particularly in the luxury, publishing, fragrance, design and technology sectors, supporting them in the strategic protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights. She also handles IP-related contractual matters, including assignments and commercial agreements, and is actively involved in online enforcement strategies, notably in domain name disputes.
