Partner advising and representing companies and their senior executives before French commercial and civil courts, as well as before arbitral tribunals.
Florian Dessault's practice focuses in particular on complex business litigation (shareholder disputes, post-acquisition litigation, contractual disputes), and he has developed recognised expertise in handling sensitive disputes involving regulatory or competition law issues.
Career
Florian Dessault joined BDGS Associés in 2020 and was promoted to partner in 2026. Prior to that, he practised at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Paris.
