Caner is a Partner heading our Istanbul office Corporate and M&A team with a focus on M&A transactions, joint ventures and private equity transactions.
Caner has 16 years of experience of advising local and international clients on different levels of acquisition processes including share sales, share subscription, asset transfers and joint ventures as well as all types of in out-bound investments of Turkish conglomerates.
Caner is one of the most prominent practitioners in the Turkish M&A market and is highly regarded for his breadth of experience across a broad array of sectors including energy, financial institutions, technology, healthcare, retail, manufacturing and gaming.
