The competition practice at Gedik & Eraksoy assists a client roster of domestic and multinational corporates in manufacturing, banking, tech, aviation and education, with matters involving merger control, state aid, distribution systems, abuse of dominance and cartels. The group is led by counsel Süleyman Cengiz, a former employee of the Turkish Competition Authority, who draws on two and a half decades of experience handling competition law issues. The team is supported at the associate level by İpek İnce, who provides competition trainings to clients.
