Position

Miles is a Partner in the Commercial team at Howes Percival. He advises businesses on a range of commercial matters from day to day trading agreements through to complex procurement and outsourcing projects.

Miles has a particular interest in the Food & Beverage sector, regularly advising clients on manufacturing, logistics and distribution agreements as well as promotional campaigns and ESG compliance. He also has a broad range of experience on wider strategic transactions having also supported clients on acquisitions, joint ventures, brand extensions and reorganisations.

Prior to joining the team, Miles spent time in-house for two multinational companies and now uses this experience in providing our clients with additional in-house resource, including day to day overflow support for busy in-house teams, advice on complex projects or in acting as a fractional in-house counsel to SME clients.

Miles has been recognised as a Rising Star in the Legal 500, with clients praising his “knowledge, output and communication” as “stand-out qualities”.
