The firm's expertise covers the full spectrum of employment law: day-to-day advisory work, restructurings, and sensitive litigation — particularly relating to psychological harassment (harcèlement moral) and discrimination — as well as occupational health, workplace accidents and occupational diseases, employer's inexcusable fault (faute inexcusable), and social security litigation.

Since 2007, the firm has included a partner exclusively dedicated to corporate criminal law, allowing the criminal law dimension to be integrated into an overall strategy. This complementarity is particularly decisive in workplace accident, occupational disease and personal injury cases, as well as in matters involving executives' personal liability — where combined mastery of employment law and criminal law is essential.

The firm is led by a team of four partners (Nicolas Durand-Gasselin, Guillaume Verdier, Martine Rivereau-Trzmiel and Karine Pérotin). One member of the team is also a qualified mediator.
