Vincent joined Fairway as a partner in 2025. He works in mergers and acquisitions and has nearly 20 years of experience in international law firms. Combining expertise in corporate law and real estate, he assists operators, institutional investors, investment funds and industrial groups. He has significant experience in the hotel and real estate transaction sectors.

Vincent previously worked in the M&A private equity and real estate departments of the firm Mayer Brown.
