Financing

David joined Fairway as a partner in November 2012 to head the real estate finance practice. He also specializes in debt restructuring.

He assists investors (institutional investors, real estate companies, developers and other investment funds), credit institutions and financial institutions, notably in real estate financing and refinancing, debt restructuring and bond issuing.

He advises both creditors and companies in difficulty in the context of insolvency proceedings.

Before joining Fairway, David was an associate in the real estate department of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei from 2006 to 2012.

Previously, from 2001 to 2006, he worked in the banking department of Allen & Overy.
