Franck, a partner at Cabinet Fairway since July 2019, focuses primarily on real estate acquisitions, development projects, construction matters and commercial lease negotiations.

Experience
• Advises on all legal aspects of acquisition, disposal and development transactions (including construction and real estate development) across all types of real estate assets, including offices, logistics and warehouse facilities, shopping centres, hotels and serviced residences. Franck is also regularly involved in property management matters and commercial lease work.
• Advises institutional investors, real estate companies, developers, as well as major French and international end-users.

Before joining Fairway in September 2017, Franck was Counsel in the Real Estate team at DLA Piper France LLP, where he practiced for two years. He started his career in the Real Estate Transactions and Financing department at Gide Loyrette Nouel (2006–2011), and subsequently joined the Real Estate department of Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés, where he practiced from 2011 to 2015.
