Adrian leads the firm’s Transport & logistics sector and is recognised as a leading transport, logistics and shipping lawyer.

Adrian handles a full range of dispute resolution services (UK and worldwide) covering litigation, arbitration and mediation. He also deals with a varied portfolio of commercial drafting and advisory work across a range of logistics, trade and shipping related agreements, including supply chain / freight forwarding agreements, standard terms and conditions, bills of lading and charterparties, warehousing and contract logistics agreements, and insurance policy drafting.

The team handles a wide range of matters arising from the carriage of goods by sea, air, road and rail, and have particular expertise in multimodal transport. Our key areas of specialism include:

Subrogated recovery claims. Freight forwarder, NVOCC, haulier, and warehouse-keeper liabilities. Marine policy coverage interpretation and disputes. Charterparty and bill of lading disputes. Salvage, general average and maritime casualty. Demurrage and detention. Freight and liens. Customs and Excise issues and disputes. Risk and crisis management.
