Founded in 1932 by Maître Charles Chalom who was the head of the Bar Association of the Mixed Courts. Ibrachy & Dermarkar (I&D) is one of Egypt's longest-established independent law firms. Now led by its fourth generation of leadership, the firm advises multinational corporations, international organisations, financial institutions, and leading domestic businesses across a broad range of legal disciplines.
